I have been a full service residential Realtor since June of 2007. My career has been spent with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston and for the last 15 years I have been on the Jim Allen Group team at CBHPW.
My designations include CRS, GRI, SRES, SFR, ABR, ASP, CIPS, MRP, EcoBroker, ePRO, GREEN, PSA, CGP, CAPS and MIRM (Master of Residential Real Estate). I am also a Relocation Specialist for both CARTUS, Navy Federal and USAA.
I served on the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors from 2013-2020, was Secretary/Treasurer in 2022, President-Elect in 2023 and the 100th President in 2024. I served on the NC Realtors Association Board of Directors 2017-2020 and 2023-2025, having been a Region 10 RVP in 2024 and 2025. I also served as the 2020 and 2023 Realtor PAC Chair, on the Government Affairs Committee and I have served on multiple NC Realtors committees, including 5 years on the NC Realtors Housing Foundation Board of Directors. In 2018 I was the President of the Realtor Foundation of Wake County. I have also served for many years on the Howard Perry And Walton Foundation BOD.
My belief has always been to never promise what I can't deliver and to always deliver what I promise. My 85+ 5 Star reviews on Yelp and dozens of 5 Star reviews on sites like Realtor, Trulia, Zillow and Homes.com prove that I work very hard for my clients and that I treat every one as if they were the only clients I have.
Whether we communicate by phone, text or email or some combination I am very responsive because I know how important buying and selling real estate is to my clients. And whether they are seasoned veterans or buying or selling their very first home I am going to be honest with them, work hard for them and all I ask in return is that be honest with me and do what is required of them to help me do the best job possible to be the kind of Realtor they will want to use again and will want to recommend to others.
